Borno state government allocates lands to 103 former JTF members.

Borno State Governor Kashim Shettima met with 103 members of the youth vigilante, groups popularly known as Civilian JTF, who were just recruited into the Nigeria Army.

During the meeting in Maiduguri, Shettima assured them of his and the government’s support at all times.

He directed the Commissioner of Lands and Survey to allocate a plot of land to each of them.

The Governor also announced cash and food items’ assistance to them.

He urged youths in the state to get enlisted into the Nigerian Army and expressed his gratitude to the Nigerian Army for enlisting the Civilian JTF into their service.
